Trying (and failing) to write some songs. I've got bits of two going - one is called "Blue Moon" about how people can be telepathically connected if they were born on the same moon phase (Sue the counsellor suggested that this is why Rikki and I get the same moods at the same times - and guess what, we were both born under a waning gibbous moon!), and the other is "Good Riddance" (working title) about saying goodbye to people, in particular those who get all clingy and annoying. Got the idea for that from both Scott's line "It's not goodbye, it's just good riddance" and when I was talking to Hana about boys earlier.

So instead of finishing either of those, I'm gonna procrastinate and play a demo of The Sims 2 (which will be released October 8th 2004 - great timing, I'm hoping I'm gonna get £24.99 for my birthday!) until I feel all inspired and stuffs. And if I realise that The Sims has generally turned me into a vegetable (but this might be different cuz it's probably not quite as much fun), I have a few books to read, and reading feeds the imagination.

Oh yeh, mullets on KaZaA ....

Shaun : I bet there aren't any songs about mullets.
Becke : Well I'm going to look up "mullet" on KaZaA and prove you wrong.
Scott : You'll just find loads of porn pictures of people with mullets.

I proved BOTH of them wrong - there are mullet-related songs, and I found no mullet porn whatsoever. So HA! Ugh, just the thought of mullet porn makes me shudder. Not that there's anything wrong with mullets, just that mullet people online are usually old and ugly. In fact, the only non-ugly mullet person I've met is Rikki (well, some people might like me, and Mel is pretty-ish, and I suppose Scott would be alright if he didn't have a weird fucked-up nose and spot sideburns and that massive mole on top of his head .... OK, maybe not). Speaking of Rikki, this is complete and utter jabber! :P Maybe the fact that we're both jabberers is part of the moon thing.

Anyway, enough mullet jabber, sister waiting for fag break downstairs.

"sister waiting for fag break downstairs."

You know mum and dad read this, yeah? :-P

Sorry I didn't get in touch with you from Glasto, I had no credit or battery the whole time I was there, and such commodities were scarce for everyone else as well so I couldn't even borrow a phone.

1. Mum knows Jenny smokes.
2. There's no point in reading it while I'm at home, is there?
3. Glastonbury - that's OK. :)
